Conditions of Sale
All goods are invoiced in Euro (or Sterling by written request), unless otherwise stated all prices are ex-works and do not include VAT. Any other prices quoted e.g. Sterling are for comparison purposes only. Title, legal or beneficial, to any goods supplied by TREND HOUSE LTD., does not pass to the customer until payment has been made in full.
Accounts are due for payment by the last day of the month following the month of invoice. Late accounts may result in orders being held until payment is received. Accounts are overdue after that time and any portion so overdue renders the whole account overdue, in which case we reserve the right to recover all costs, charges and expenses incurred by us or our agents in the collection of moneys on overdue accounts. Interest will be applied to overdue accounts as per current legislation (ECB Base Rate plus 7%).
No responsibility can be accepted for any marble or crystal in transit. Claims will be allowed for other items only if notification is received by us within 3 (three) days of receipt of goods and all damaged items returned. When receiving goods via any of our carriers, please always check the contents of the parcels/pallet before signing the carrier’s delivery note, or sign the delivery note as “unchecked”. This will then allow you to examine the contents at a later time and advise us if they are not to your satisfaction. We are unable to accept claims for goods that are signed for in good condition where they are later found to be damaged. All claims should be submitted in writing.
- New Accounts
Customers who wish to open a credit account should request a credit application form. In the meantime supply us with your debit / credit card details (Visa or MasterCard).
All cheques should be made payable to Trend House Ltd. Crossed and marked Account Payee Only
- Unpaid Cheques
A charge of €10 (Ten Euro) will me made on any cheques returned to us unpaid, whatever the reason.
- Minimum Order
To cover the costs of administration a surcharge of €3 (three Euro) will be levied on all orders under €30 (thirty Euro).
Restocking of unwanted / over ordered goods will be credited at cost less 20% (twenty percent), provided they are returned to our premises carriage paid and in good order and condition. Acceptance is at our discretion. The company does not operate a sale or return policy. Please note we cannot accept any stock that has been engraved or personalised.
All heights, descriptions in our catalogues and price lists are approximate and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy.
We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications or to discontinue any items without prior notice to customers, please check availability when ordering.
Unless stated we will sub the nearest item to the one ordered. This is to ensure you have some stock to offer your customer rather than nothing. If a sub is not acceptable we will credit on return provided it is received in good condition. No restocking charge will apply.
- Free Carriage
We are offering free carriage on all orders in excess of €150 (£125) placed via our website until December 31st 2018. Please note this offer does not apply to marble.
- Engraving / Printing
All engraving instructions and text must be supplied via email, in an editable format (that allows for copy and paste). Engraving instructions given verbally are entirely at the customers risk. We cannot accept responsibility for engraving or personalisation of costumers own items.
We prefer logos and crests to be supplied in an electronic vector format e.g. .eps .ai .cdr
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all prices and descriptions quoted in all our price lists and catalogues, we cannot guarantee their accuracy and recommend you verify prices when ordering

The placing of an order denotes the knowledge and acceptance of these Conditions of Sale.
